Members will be assessed a $5 fee per declined match beginning with the second and any subsequent unaccepted/declined matches. All members are encouraged to have communication with the assigner prior to declining a match.

2. Unaccepted/Declined Matches

Members will be assessed a $5 fee per declined match beginning with the second decline. Any subsequent unaccepted/declined match will be assessed a fee on a sliding scale of an additional $5 per incident – 3rd decline $10, 4th decline $15, 5th decline $20, etc. All members are encouraged to have communication with the assigner prior to declining a match.

1.      Written or emailed appeals submitted to the Assigning secretary within three (3) days notification will be considered by the Assigning Secretary. Should the member disagree with the Assigning Secretary’s decision, a written or emailed appeal to the Board of Directors by submitted a request to the President within three (3) days of the Assigner’s ruling. The Board of Directors decision will be final.
